Spotify Promo: 3 Months Premium Subscription for just Php9.00

Been planning to try Spotify Premium but your budget has been a bit of a challenge for you? Well, worry no more! Just in case you don't know yet, Spotify Philippines is currently running a promotion where you can sign up for their Premium service for just Php9.00, what's more awesome is that Php9.00 is good for three months.

Spotify Premium allows you to listen to your favorite songs anytime, anywhere, even without an internet connection. Additionally, it provides you option to play any song that you like and also gives you unlimited skips. And most of all, no annoying ads while you enjoy your music. Those are the things I like about Spotify, that's in addition to millions and millions of songs available from them and the audio quality too.

If you are now ready to subscribe to Spotify Premium for the very first time, you can simply open your Spotify App in your smartphone or tablet and simply head to the settings and look for the option to go premium. You can use PayMaya to pay for the service or subscribe via Globe or Smart's Pay with Mobile option using your prepaid load or postpaid account.

After the three months of promo is over, the next monthly fee would be the regular one which is for Php129/month. You can cancel your Spotify Premium subscription anytime you want without incurring any penalty or early cancellation fee.

If you are having hard time looking for the subscribe button or option in your Spotify app, you can visit Spotify Philippines website here and subscribe from there.

Netizens React to Mar Roxas' "Sa Gitna ng Unos" Comics
There is a very rare campaign material about Liberal Party standard bearer Mar Roxas' that was just released a couple of days ago, a comic book. Yes, komiks style like those we used to see in the 80s and 90s. This comics is titled "Sa Gitna ng Unos" (In the Middle of the Storm). And boy, seeing the cover photo through posts online made me remember those Pinoy Komiks I used to read during my childhood.

But unlike Komiks, this Sa Gitna ng Unos is based on true events and story, story of Mar Roxas especially the events from Yolanda typhoon days where presidential candidate Mar Roxas claimed he was there "before, during and after" Yolanda hit Tacloban in 2013. Whether he was saying the truth or not, I think it is the Tacloban people who can really say if he was telling the truth or just lying through this teeth.

Going back to the comics, looks like it is a hit, but not in a good way, at least what the people are saying about it on social media. Below, I collected some of our fellow netizens' reactions to Sa Gitna ng Unos.

I don't know where the gall and temerity, the kabastusan of this matuwid-na-daan comes from, but apparently none of the...

Samsung Galaxy S7 is FREE under Smart Surf Plus Plan 1999

The new Samsung Galaxy S7 and S7 Edge are definitely two of the most anticipated smartphones of the year. And I believe that the S7 and S7 Edge are more exciting than last year's installments simply because they sport new design language that was first introduced in S6 and S6 Edge and because some features that consumers loved in S5 are returning with these phones like the microSD card support and water and dust resistant feature. No wonder Smart Communications, the leading mobile service provider in the Philippines, is offering these new Samsung flagships under their Postpaid Plans.

Smart has officially announced that consumers can get the Samsung Galaxy S7 for FREE under the Surf Plus Plan 1999 postpaid plan for a 24-month contract. With the Smart Surf Plus Plan 1999, subscribers will get the following...

  •  9GB Data allowance
  •  150 minutes of call to all networks
  •  200 SMS to all networks
  •  Free access to app of their choice

The bigger and dual-edged sibling Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge is also offered under the same plan for the same contract period with only one-time cashout fee of Php4,800.

These two smartphones are now available for pre-order from Smart. Anyone who will pre-order will be able to get their device as early as March 14, 2016. Additionally, if they sign up for any of these two phones on or before March 13, 2016 they will also get the Samsung Gear VR headset for free as well.

To learn more about this offer and to pre-order online, you can visit smart.com.ph/postpaid/galaxys7.
