TMZ Sports claims that they have received confirmation from their sources who are involved in the negotiations that the most anticipated fight between Manny Pacquiao and Floyd Mayweather have already been agreed by the two fighters.
The report also added that a date and fight venue have also been set but a formal agreement has not been signed yet. Everyone is expecting these two boxers' signature "soon" once final touches on the contract and deal are finished and fully agreed upon.
We can remember that a couple of months back Floyd Mayweather via an interview challenged Manny Pacquiao to do the fight on May 2nd. Is is also going to be the day so many boxing fans around the world have been waiting for? We will know for sure soon enough.
Even Manny himself has said that he is confident that Floyd will eventually sign the deal and the fight will will be reality this year. We also know the Pacman is under contract with HBO while Floyd is under Showtime and what added to the good news is these two networks have agreed to a dual-payperview broadcast just in case the fight will happens, which it seems so.
Let's just wait for more update about the this negotiation and of course an official announcement from either of the two boxers or even Bob Arum.
