Last week Rappler held a Presidential Forum event which should have been attended by this year's top official candidates for the upcoming election. All presidential hopefuls like Mar Roxas, Binay, Poe, Santiago and Duterte together with their vice-predentiables were expected. However, only Duterte-Cayetano tandem showed up at the said forum and no one else.
